Founded in 2021, Nolan Group is a real estate company specializing in the luxury market. Our venture began when our CEO, Michael Nolan, who had served as General Manager for a local luxury developer, decided to leverage his exceptional industry experience to create his own company. Comumunication with this host was seamless and almost instant. We loved everything about the property, it was so spacious and such good value. Julia was our designated contact and was so helpful – even offered us late check out free of charge. Wifi was perfect and we were given all the phone numbres que might need for a taxi etc. If I were to return to Tenerife, I would definitely stay with Nolan Grouo again!

Lots of electric scooters about for travelling down to Las Americas’s. a taxi was hard to come by in Costa Adeje bt once in Las americas’sit was realy easy to get to the strip (Veronica’s). Taxi’s relatively cheap.
The most sorted us a out with tickets for Siam park and options for other activities we didn’t do.

The house is in a very nice urbanization, the pools are very cool! the house is very good, very clean, very well equipped and a large terrace overlooking the sea. The communication with Julia very good and fluid. we will come back!
Fantastic well equiped villa. Lovely out door spaces and muy son had a great wedding with 20 our so guests in the garden Great hosts who bent over backwards to make the wedding possible. Would highly recommend. Nice quiet area with nearby bakery and pizza restaurant. Difficult to get taxis so word having own car.
Would definitely go again. Perfect for large family holiday.
